About Child Neurology Central Application Distribution

The Match Distribution Form is the electronic form used by applicants to specify which training programs shall receive their application materials. Training programs are grouped by state in alphabetical order in a drop down select box on the form. To select a program to receive your application, right click the button next to its name - hold the Ctrl key to make multiple selections. Tab out of the box to record selection.

The number of programs selected and charges for distribution are displayed on the second page of the distribution list. Applicants will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours of submitting their distribution lists. The confirmation will include a list of programs designated to receive a candidate's application.

Distribution lists require the following information in order to be processed:
  • Applicant name
  • Applicant registration number
  • Applicant email address

Note: Select your programs for Initial Distribution wisely as it cannot be revised once submitted. Applicants are allow to submit one Initial Distribution list. All subsequent distributions should be submitted as supplemental.

Supplemetnal Distributions

Applicants who desire to distribute applications to additional programs after submission of an initial distribution list should use the same form, but check the box on the top-right hand corner of the form to indicate that you have previously submitted a distribution list.
