Registration and CAS fees

Registration for the Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery Fellowship Match begins in September. Late applicants should take into consideration program deadlines and processing time of CAS application. A non-refundable $100 registration fee applies. Once your registration is concluded you will gain access to view the Program Directory and manage your SF Match account.

To register, click on the "Login/Register" button on the left-hand side menu.

There are separate fees for distributions and they are progressive as follow:

1-10 programs $60 flat fee
11-20 programs $10/program
21-30 programs $15/program
31-40 programs $20/program
41 and up $35/program

Supplemental distributions are $35/program. For more information please refer to the CAS Instruction Manual.

All fees can be paid by Visa/MasterCard or check.
