About CAS

Once you are registered with the Match, you will gain access to the list of available programs and can start selecting the programs you wish to apply. You will need to fill out an online CAS application form and mail the required documents in a single package. The list of required documents for Orthopaedic Trauma Fellowship are:

• Updated CV
• Three letters of reference from full-time faculty members or physicians who have
  knowledge of your clinical ability.
  

Your complete application will be distributed to your selected programs after meeting the following criteria:

• Completed online CAS application form
• Receipt of your required documents
• Submission of your distribution choices
• Receipt of your CAS distribution fees payment
