About CAS

The Central Application Service distributes applications to residency and some fellowship training programs. All you have to do is fill out ONE universal application form, gather ONE copy of each of the appropriate documents, and mail your entire package to CAS. We process, scan, and distribute your applications to each of the programs that you request.

There is no separate registration required for CAS for registered applicants. The use of CAS is mandatory and available for the following specialties:

Child Neurology and NDD residency
Ophthalmology residency
Ophthalmology fellowship
Plastic Surgery residency
Rhinology fellowship
Orthopaedic Trauma fellowship
